Poor Gilligan must have felt he was all alone on an island---nobody took proper care of him for a long, long time. IBR is trying to make up for what this boy has missed out on, with a lot of TLC and hopefully a wonderful forever home at the end of the road.

A sweet boy in a sad state
Little Gilligan was confiscated from his owners for neglect and found himself at an Illinois shelter. IBR was able to find a compassionate foster home for this boy and got him into safety.
